Puppies planned for Fall 2010

Dam multi group placer Ch. Summerwind’s Delight of Kurly K “Summer”

All pups adopted from Summerwind will have the following done before leaving our home:

dewclaws removed

micro chipped

first puppy shot

wormed 3 times at 3 weeks, 5 weeks and 7 weeks

puppy tested to determine which will be the best for companion, and or hunting and or performance homes

       Raised to the best of my ability on the bio sensor method.  Details provided.

   All pups come for a whistle.  I blow a whistle every time I feed them so if you keep up this training, you will never have trouble with a come-in call at home or in the field.

Never chase the puppy if he/she decides not to come to you.  Blow a whistle, and when they get to you, give a treat.  But don’t forget the treat.

 Written guarantees provided with each pup.

 Included with your puppy packet is a choke collar,-- well a semi choke collar --but very useful with a new puppy.  They can’t slip out of it as they could with a buckle collar, BUT NEVER leave this collar on the pup when you are not with him/her.  They will need a different collar for their tags.  This is just a help while they are babies so they can’t slip away from you.  I hope it’s helpful.  Be gentle in the leash breaking process and remember they are babies. 

I give my babies cod liver oil caps, about 1 ever 3^rd day as you can overdose on it.  It helps keep feet tight and bones straight etc.  Ask why if you need details

I haven’t decided on a theme for the puppy names, suggestions will be welcomed.
